Πόνος στη μέση και πόδι με κήλες δίσκου: Πότε θα νιώσω καλύτερα;
Εδώ και 2 εβδομάδες με ενέσεις και λυρικά δεν βλέπω καμία διαφορά από τον πόνο, από τη μέση αρχίζει από οπίσθιο και καταλήγει σε όλο το πόδι. Αν περπατήσω 5 λεπτά μετά υποφέρω και δεν μπορώ να το πατήσω. Πότε μπορώ να νιώσω καλύτερα; Υπόψιν έχω κήλες στο μεσοσπονδύλιο δίσκο. Μόλις κουραστώ μου δίνει σημάδια ότι πρόκειται να με ακινητοποιεί ο πόνος.
