Hernia of intervertebral disc medrol

Μπορεί η κορτιζόνη να επηρεάσει τα αποτελέσματα μαγνητικής για κήλη Ο5/Ι1;

καλησπέρα, ένιωσα οξύ πόνο στη μέση ο οποίος με καθήλωσε στο κρεβάτι για τρεις μέρες και κάθε κίνηση ήταν πολύ επώδυνη. ο γιατρός μου έδωσε κορτιζόνη medrol 24ml, τα οποία έπαιρνα καθημερινά. Μετά από 20 μέρες και ενώ έπαιρνα την κορτιζόνη έκανα μαγνητική Ο.Μ.Σ.Σ η οποία έδειξε ότι στο ο5/ι1 υπάρχει κήλη και πιέζει το μηνιγγικό σάκο, χωρίς όμως να δείξει ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα. Υπάρχει περίπτωση λόγω της λήψης κορτιζόνης η μαγνητική να μην έδειξε την πραγματική εικόνα?
