Ζαλάδα, πονοκέφαλος και αδυναμία μετά από γρίπη με θετικά ANA 1/160: Τι να κάνω;

Είχα γρίπη β με υψηλό πυρετό μέχρι κοντά 40 για 1 εβδομάδα μετά έγινα καλά 4-5 και ξαφνικά μετά με έπιασε εδώ και κοντά 2 μήνες ζαλάδα, πονοκέφαλος και αδυναμία. Ξυπνάω συνέχεια τη νύχτα. Έχω κάνει μαγνητική, αξονική εγκεφάλου όλα καλά εκτός από κύστη στο αριστερό ιγμόρειο που δεν επηρεάζει λένε οι γιατροί. Έκανα σε νευρολόγο ηλεκτρομυογράφημα και αυτό καλά. Μετά έκανα κάτι εξετάσεις για αυτοάνοσα και τα αντιπυρηνικά αντισώματα (ANA) είναι ασθενώς θετικά 1/160. Τι να κάνω;
