Καλησπέρα έκανα μαγνητική εγκεφάλου και αυτιού επειδή είχα ζάλες και ιλίγγους και στα ευρήματα έγραφε παρουσία κύστης στο κωνάριο 5mm να ανησυχήσω ;

Η κύστη στο κωνάριο 5 mm είναι πολύ συχνό και καλοήθες τυχαίο εύρημα. Σε αυτό το μέγεθος δεν προκαλεί συμπτώματα και δεν σχετίζεται συνήθως με ζάλη/ίλιγγο. Συνήθως απλά προτείνεται παρακολούθηση (π.χ. επανέλεγχος MRI σε 6–12 μήνες). Ποια ειναι τα υπολοιπα συμπτωματα? Τι αλλα προβληματα υγειας εχεις? Απο τη νευρολογικη εξεταση, ειναι φυσιολογικα ολα?
