Καλησπέρα, θέλω να ρωτήσω το υγρό στους πνεύμονες σε περίπτωση καρκίνου τι σημαίνει? Σχετίζεται με το στάδιο του καρκίνου ή μπορεί να συμβεί έτσι κι αλλιώς? Βέβαια θα γίνει άμεσα παρακέντηση. Πρόκειται για αγαπημένο πρόσωπο και θέλω να προετοιμαστώ όσο γίνεται....

Μπορεί να είναι αντιδραστικό υγρό ή και κακόηθες. Οπωσδήποτε χρήζει παρακέντησης και κυτταρολογικής εξέτασης του υγρού. Σε περίπτωση θετικότητας για κακοήθεια φυσικά συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο στάδιο και το καθιστά σταδίου ΙV.
