Ο άντρας μου με ΜΜΚ πνεύμονα και αδενοκαρκίνωμα σταδίου 4, μπορεί να ιαθεί με Keytruda;

Ο άντρας μου διαγνωσθηκε με ΜΜΚ του πνεύμονα με αδενοκαρκινωμα σταδίου 4. Είναι 62 ετών. Του χορηγείται σαν πρώτης γραμμής θεραπεία keytruda εδώ και 18 μήνες.. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να επέλθει ίαση;;; Η απλά μια παράταση και καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής;;;; Έχει παρουσιάσει κάποιες μορφές τοξικότητας οι οποίες αντιμετώπιση καν με κορτιζόνη.. Ειναι όμως σταθερός και γενικά καλά στην υγεία του.. Ευχαριστω
