καλημέρα...Έχω 4 οζίδια στο πνεύμονα από 5 χιλ έως 7 χιλ ομαλής παρυφής αμφο ως επί μεταφλεγμονωδών αλλοιώσεων.....είναι κακό

  • α οζίδια που περιγράφετε, με τόσο μικρό μέγεθος και ομαλές παρυφές, συνήθως αντιστοιχούν σε παλαιές φλεγμονώδεις αλλοιώσεις και δεν δείχνουν κάτι ανησυχητικό. Παρ’ όλα αυτά χρειάζονται σωστή παρακολούθηση με επαναληπτική αξονική. Συζητηστε με πνευμονολόγο για να γίνει ολοκληρωμένη εκτίμηση και πλάνο παρακολούθησης.
