Ένα οζίδιο 6mm στον πνεύμονα δεν μεταβληθηκε εδώ κ δύο χρονια. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι κακοήθεια;

Με αξονικές τομογραφίες μόνο δεν μπορεί να επιλυθούν αδιάγνωστα προβλήματα. Επίσης πρέπει να αξιολογηθούν τα ευρήματα εκτός του όζου. αλλά και τα χαρακτηριστικά του. Αλλιώς πρέπει να τρέχετε κάθε τόσο για αξονικές. Και όσο αποβαίνουν αρνητικές ΟΚ! Αν όμως αρχ΄σει ο όζος να μεγαλώνει, τότε τι θα κάνετε; Ο όζος πρέπει να αξιολογηθεί μέχρι το επίπεδο της οριστικής διάγνωσης. Η μέθοδος της παρακολούθησης που έχετε επιλέξει [και είναι της μόδας] με συνεχείς αξονικής είναι ατελέσφορη και σας εκθέτει σε μεγάλα ποσά ιονίζουσας ακτινοβολίας.
