Χειρουργείο ή ακτινοθεραπεία μετά τον καρκίνο σε απόσταση <1mm;
Καλό μήνα. Ήθελα μα σας ρωτήσω το εξής. Ο γιατρός που χειρουργησε την μητέρα μου λέει ότι είναι κομπλέ όταν δεν ανιχνεύεται καρκινος στα ορια. Δλδ δεν υπάρχει θέμα. Ο ογκολογος λέει ότι καλύτερο είναι να υπάρχει απόσταση τουλάχιστον 1mm, αν γίνεται και παραπάνω. Σε περίπτωση <1mm θέλει χειρουργείο. Ο χειρουργος λέει ότι καλύπτεται με την ακτινοθεραπεια και την ορμονική μετά. Ποια η γνώμη σας. Να πάρω γνώμη και από ακτινοθεραπευτη;
