Ευχαριστώ ΥΠΕΡΗΧΟΓΡΑΦΗΜΑ ΑΜΦΟΤΕΡΩΝ ΤΩΝ ΜΑΣΤΩΝ Αιτία εξέτασης: συμπληρωματικός προληπτικός έλεγχος Έγινε σύγκριση με μαστογραφία με ημερομηνία 9.05.25 ΕΥΡΗΜΑΤΑ: Μαστοί ελέγχονται με ανομοιογενή ηχογένεια. Στους μαστούς αμφοτερόπλευρα παρατηρούνται πολλαπλοί κυστικοί σχηματισμοί -ο μεγαλύτερος στον δεξιό μαστό -στην 11η ώρα με μέγιστη διάμετρο 1 εκ, στον αριστερό μαστό -στην 12η ώρα με διαστάσεις 2,8 Χ 1,4 εκ χωρίς αγγείωση, με ήπια ηχογενή στοιχεία (επιπλεγμένη κύστη) Δέρμα, θηλές, υποδόριος ιστός -χωρίς παθολογικά ευρήματα. Αναγνωρίζονται μασχαλιαίοι λεμφαδένες άμφω με φυσιολογική ηχομορφολογία και αγγείωση ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑ: Κύστεις άμφω US BI – RADS 2 Κλινική συνεκτίμηση
