Τι σημαίνει αλλαγή με ασαφή κλινική σημασία στον γονιδιακό έλεγχο;

Καλησπέρα Είμαι 43 ετών και πριν 2 χρόνια νόσησα από καρκίνο του μαστού. Πρόσφατα έκανα έναν γονιδιακό έλεγχο, τα αποτελέσματα γράφουν ότι δεν ανιχνεύθηκε κάποια παραλλαγή που να προκαλεί ασθένεια όμως γράφει Αλλαγή με ασαφή κλινική σημασία που ανιχνεύθηκε (ACMG Κατηγορία 3) μήπως μπορείτε να μου πείτε τι σημαίνει αυτό και για ποιο λόγο πρέπει να ξανακάνω τον έλεγχο μετά από 4 χρόνια. Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
