Συμπληρωματική εκτομή μετά από ογκεκτομή για in situ καρκίνωμα μαστού;
Καλησπέρα. Έκανα πρόσφατα ογκεκτομή για in situ καρκίνωμα δεξιού μαστού. Η ιστολογική έδειξε καθαρά όρια και σε ένα σημείο είναι ελάχιστη απόσταση in situ από το εξω όριο εκτομής 0,2 χιλ. Θα πρέπει να γίνει συμπληρωματική εκτομή; Ευχαριστώ

Αυτό θα πρέπει να συζητηθεί με τον χειρουργό σας αλλά σίγουρα απαιτείται τουλάχιστον όριο 1 mm
