Καλησπέρα σας , η μαμά μου έκανε μαγνητική τομογραφία μαστών και τα αποτελέσματα είναι αυτά Παραιτείται μία οζομορφη αλλοίωση στο άνω έσω τεταρτημόριο δεξιά διαμέτρου 7 χιλ, πιθανώς κύστη μετά περιεχόμενου. Αντίστοιχα με την περιοχή διατεταμενων πόρων στον δεξιό μαστό ελέγχεται μία μικροοζωδης ενισχυόμενη αλλοίωση 3χιλ. Το εύρημα χρήζει παρακολούθησης προς αποκλεισμό ενδοπορικου τύπου βλάβης του τύπου του θηλώματος Παρατηρούνται διατάσεις πόρων με περιεχόμενο υψηλής πρωτεΐνικης περιεκτικότητας. Δεν ελέγχονται διογκωμένοι μασχαλιαιοι λεμφαδένες. Περί τίνος πρόκειται, πρέπει να υποβληθεί και σε άλλες εξετάσεις, τι είδους ευρήματος μπορεί να είναι; Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!
