Ποια η γνώμη για χρήση CDK4/6 σε ορμονοεξαρτώμενο καρκίνο μαστού grade 3 με Oncotype 29;

Καλησπέρα κι ευχαριστώ για τη βοήθεια σας. Πριν 2 χρόνια περίπου εμφάνισε καρκίνο μαστού 2 εκ. Ορμονοεξαρτώμενο 100% her2 αρνητικό χωρίς λεμφαδένες χωρίς αγγειακή και περινευρική διήθηση χωρίς μακρινές μεταστάσεις αλλά grande3 και ki67 80%. Συνυπήρχε in situ. επίσης grande3.. Έγινε μαστεκτομή ο χημειοθεραπείες και τώρα καταστολή ωοθηκών και ταμοξιφαίνη Γονιδιακός έλεγχος αρνητικός και oncotype σκορ 29 και κίνδυνος υποτροπής 18%. Έχω ακούσει ότι κάποιες ασθενείς συνεχίζουν με CDK4/6. Εμένα δεν μου προτάθηκε. Ποια η γνώμη σας? Συγγνώμη για το μακροσκελές κείμενο
