Μαστεκτομή με άμεση αποκατάσταση ή σε 2 φάσεις με διατατήρα;
Καλημέρα σας. Έχω προγραμματισμένη μαστεκτομή μετά από αφαίρεση όγκου με υγιή όρια αλλά με διάσπαρτο DCIS. Θα γίνει άμεση αποκατάσταση. Ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι μπορεί να γίνει σε μια φάση αλλά και σε 2 με διατατήρα. Ο μαστός είναι 320mm. Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας? Θα γίνει και αποκατάσταση θηλής σε άλλο χειρουργείο. Για την αποκατάσταση θηλής προτείνει τατουάζ και τρισδιάστατο για τη θηλή γιατί ο κρημνός λέει ότι μετά από ένα διάστημα θα χαθεί. Έχω μπερδευτεί. Τι προτείνετε? Ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο σας.
