Γνώμη για αφαίρεση λεμφαδένων δεξιού μαστού με ιστορικό καρκίνου
Έχω ιστορικό καρκίνου ενδομητρίου στάδιο 1α το 12 και καρκίνο αριστερού μαστού στάδιο 0 το 14. Σε προληπτικό υπέρηχο μαστού παρατηρήθηκαν στο δεξιό μαστό δύο λεμφαδένες με πάχυνση birads 3. Λόγω μιας δερματίτιδας στους μαστούς η δερματολόγος προχώρησε σε βιοψία με αποτέλεσμα αρνητικό για κακοήθεια ή λέμφωμα κλπ είναι τελικά απλή δερματίτιδα με διάγνωση ότι σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επηρεάζει λεμφαδένες. Οπότε σε συνεργασία αιματολογικό και χειρουργού αποφασίστηκε για σίγουρα η αφαίρεση των δύο λεμφαδένων για να γίνει βιοψία αυτών άμεσα. Θα ήθελα και τη γνώμη σας
