Γιατί αξιολογείται ως BIRADS3 το εύρημα στη μαγνητική μαστών χωρίς αλλαγή;
Καλημέρα σας. Έκανα πρόσφατα μαγνητική τομογραφία μαστών και υπάρχει η εξής περιγραφή: "Στην οπίσθια ζώνη στο άνω έξω τμήμα του δεξιού μαστού επανελέγχεται στοιχείο εμπλουτισμού. Δεν διακρίνεται σαφώς με τη μορφή μάζας από το παρακείμενο παρέγχυμα. Φαίνεται να έχει πλέον ετερογενή εμπλουτισμό με κατά τόπους και μικρές νησίδες με καμπύλες τύπου ΙΙΙ. Δεν προσλαμβάνει ωστόσο ειδικά χαρακτηριστικά και το μέγεθος και η μορφολογία του ευρήματος είναι αμετάβλητα σε σχέση με την προηγούμενη εξέταση. Αξιολογείται ως BIRADS3 εύρημα." Την προηγούμενη μαγνητική την είχα κάνει 2 χρόνια πριν. Μου ζητήθηκε επαναξιολόγηση τον Ιανουάριο '26 μαζί μαστογραφία και μαγνητική. Εφόσον δεν υπάρχει αλλαγή σε σχέση με την προηγούμενη μαγνητική γιατί αξιολογείται ως BIRADS3; Σας ευχαριστώ
