Femara σε ασθενή με ορμονοεξαρτώμενο καρκίνο μαστού: Αρκεί ή χημειοθεραπεία;

Καλημέρα σας και χρόνια πολλά. Η μητέρα μου διαγνώστηκε στο δεξί μαστό με καρκίνο, έκανε αφαίρεση μαστού και όλων των λεμφαδένων. Ο ένας ήταν έξω λεμφαδενικος με ki67 20% ορνονοεξαρτωμενος με προγεστερόνη 80% και οιστρογόνα 100% με her2 0. Κάναμε την oncotype dx και είχε 5%υποτροπη 20% επιθετικότητα και <1% δεν χρήζει χημειοθεραπεία. Πιστεύετε ότι το femara μόνο θα την καλύψει η να κάνει και χημειοθεραπεία??
