Είναι το μόρφωμα στον αριστερό μαστό πιθανή ένδειξη καρκίνου;

...μεταξύ άλλων το υπερηχογράφημα γράφει...Επιπλέον στον άξονα της 7ης ώρας του αριστερού μαστού, Α ζώνη, ελέγχεται μικτής ηχογένειας μόρφωμα, με ακανόνιστο σχήμα και λοβωτή παρυφή, το οποίο φέρει εσωτερικές ηχοανακλάσεις, διαστάσεων 2,24χ1,22εκ. Συνιστάται κυτταρολογική ταυτοποίηση με FNA. U/S BIRADS 4a. Αποτελεί το παραπάνω πιθανή ένδειξη καρκίνου; Είμαι 50 ετών και έχω κάνει ήδη δύο επεμβάσεις και στους δύο μαστούς καλοήθων ογκιδίων
