Είναι ανησυχητικό το υπόηχο μόρφωμα στη δεξιά μασχάλη μετά από μαστεκτομή;
Πριν 1 χρόνο έκανα μαστεκτομή άμφω λόγω TNBC σε πολύ αρχικό στάδιο αριστερού μαστού (όγκος 0,9 χιλιοστά, αρνητικοί λεμφαδένες, αρνητικός γονιδιακός έλεγχος), ακολούθησαν 6 χημειοθεραπείες. Οι επανεξετάσεις μου είναι όλες φυσιολογικές. Στον υπέρηχο που έκανα σήμερα σε κάποιο σημείο γράφει: Στη δεξιά μασχαλιαία χώρα παρατηρούνται δύο χιλιοστομετρικοί καλοήθους μορφολογίας λεμφαδένες 4 mm & 2,3 mm και υπόηχο μόρφωμα με ομαλή παρυφή διαστάσεων 4,8 *2,5 mm. (Δ/Δ κοκκίωμα / αντιδραστικός λεμφαδένας). Είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό?
