Είναι ανησυχητική η αυξημένη πυκνότητα μαστών και η εστιακή ασυμμετρία;
Οι μαστοί απεικονίζονται με αυξημένη πυκνότητα (ACR_ C) λόγω αφθονίας ινοαδενικών στοιχείων (μαστοί με κατά τόπους μορφοποίηση του ινοαδενικού στοιχείου). Εικόνα εμφανούς χωροτακτικής εξεργασίας ενδεικτική για κακοήθεια δεν παρατηρείται. Στο δεξιό μαστό άνω και έξω επανελέγχεται η εστιακή ασυμμετρία η οποία αποδίδεται πρωτίστως σε επιπροβολή ινοαδενικών στοιχείων, εύρημα το οποίο χρήζει U/S συνεκτίμησης. Απουσία αθολόγων μικροεπασβεστώσεων. Δέρμα, θηλές, θηλαία άλως κ.φ. Αντιδραστικού τύπου μασχαλιαίων λεμφαδένων άμφω. Συγκριτικά με προηγούμενο μαστογραφικό έλεγχο δεν παρατηρείται αξιόλογη μεταβολή (στο βαθμό που είναι εφικτή η σύγκριση). Λόγω της πυκνότητας των μαστών προς ληρέστερο έλεγχο συνιστάται U/S. Κατηγοριοποίηση: BIRADS 0. Απαιτείται συμπληρωματική απεικονιστική εξέταση (εντοπιστικές/μεγεθυντικές λήψεις, U/S μαστών). Είναι ανησυχητικό?
