Καλησπέρα.σε υπερηχογράφημα στη διάγνωση γράφει. . Με υπεροχή του ινοαδενικου στοιχείου. Αμφότεροι χωρίς υπερηχογραφικη εικόνα χωροκατακτητικης επεξεργασίας συμπαγούς υφής. Παρουσία πολυάριθμων απλών και επιλεγμένων κύστεων μέγιστης διαμ. 1.6εκ. Συρροή επιλεγμένων και σύνθετων κύστεων συνολικής διαμέτρου 1,3εκ στην 7η ώρα ΔΕ, 5εκ από την θηλή. Μασχαλιαιοι λεμφαδένες με φυσιολογική αρχιτεκτονική. BI-RADS 3. Συνιστάται MRM. Υπάρχει ανησυχία κακοήθειας?? Είμαι 41 ετών . Ευχαριστώ.
