Ανησυχία για BIRADS 0 σε μαστογραφία μετά από καρκίνο μαστού
Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 49 χρόνων έχω το 2017 νόσησα από καρκίνο στον αριστερό μαστό, οι εξετάσεις που κάνω όλα αυτά τα χρόνια είναι καλές στη μαστογραφία που έκανα τώρα το πόρισμα λέει "Δεν διαπιστώνεται ύποπτη μεταβολή σε σύγκριση με προηγούμενη μαστογραφία. Τμηματεκτομή ΑΡ μαστού ακτινοβολίες - χημειοθεραπείες. Ο ΑΡ μαστός απεικονίζει χωρίς εικόνα υποτροπής. Ο Δε μαστός ACR3- εμφανίζει ετερογενείς πυκνότητες κεντρικά και στο άνω έξω 4μόριο. Δεν απεικονίζονται ύποπτες σκιάσεις ούτε κακοήθους μορφολογίας μικροεπασβεστώσεις άμφω. BIRADS 0. Λόγω της φύσης του αδένα συνιστάται συμπληρωματικός echo έλεγχος." CEA 1.24, Ca15.3 6.2. Την επόμενη εβδομάδα έχω ραντεβού με τον γιατρό μου. Έχω ανησυχεί με τον χαρακτηρισμό birads 0. Θα ήθελα και τη γνώμη σας.
