43 ετών κάνω τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια έλεγχο ετησίως.Σε ΜRI μαστών που συστήθηκε λόγω μικρής ασύμμετρης σκίασης στο άνω έξω τεταρτημόριο στο δεξιό μαστό στη μαστογραφία(birads 0) και λόγω πιθανού ινοαδενώματος (birads 3) αναγράφεται : Δεξιός μαστός: Στις απλές ακολουθίες δεν διαπιστώνονται εστίες παθολογικού σήματος.Δεν παρατηρείται διάταση των γαλακτοφόρων πόρων.Μετά τη χορήγηση της παραμαγνητικής ουσίας παρατηρήθηκε ασθενής σκιαγράφηση του αδενικού υποστρώματος .Ορισμένες στικτές εστίες ενίσχυσης θεωρούνται ινοαδενικής φύσεως. birads 1. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι υπάρχει όντως ινοαδένωμα και πότε πρέπει να κάνω επανέλεγχο; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
