Ανησυχία για PSA 10,27 και καλοήθη υπερπλασία προστάτη σε άνδρα 58 ετών;
Ο σύζυγός μου 58 ετών πριν έξι μήνες έκανε εξετάσεις. Το PSA ήταν 4,94, και ο πολυπαραμετρική έδειξε προστάτη 73 κ. ε., PIRADS 2 και καλοήθης αδενωματώδης υπερπλασία. Σήμερα, μετά από έξι μήνες, πήραμε εξετάσεις με PSA 10,27, ελεύθερο PSA 1,97 και λόγο PSA 19,2. Πόσο πρέπει να ανησυχούμε και τι πρέπει να γίνει; Ευχαριστώ!
