Ποια η αντιμετώπιση pt1 grade 2(high) όγκου ουροδόχου κύστης μετά από TURBT;

Ο σύζυγος μου 43 ετών με θετική κυτταρολογική και ισόπυκνο ιστό στον αυχένα της ουροδόχου κυστης ο οποίος έρχεται σε επαφή με τον μέσο λοβό προστάτη στο κάτω τοίχωμα της ουροδόχου κύστης εγκάρσιας διαμέτρου 1,3cm με βάση την αξονική, υποβλήθηκε σε turbt και εστάλη για βιοψία!το αποτέλεσμα της βιοψίας είναι pt1 grade 2(high)!τι πρεπει να γίνει στη συνέχεια;;;ποια η αντιμετώπιση;;;
