Επιπλοκές μετά από χειρουργική επέμβαση για υψηλό αυχένα ουροδόχου κύστεως;
Υπέρηχο με ομοιόμορφη πάχυνση ουροδόχου κύστεως. Κυστεοσκόπηση που έδειξε υψηλό αυχένα ουροδόχου κύστεως με δοκιδωτή κύστη. Ο ασθενής ουρεί κανονικά αλλά δεν αδειάζει όλο το περιεχόμενο. Προστάτης οριακά φυσιολογικός (30). Έχουν προτείνει φαρμακευτική αντιμετώπιση με α μπλόκερς ή χειρουργική. Μετά την επέμβαση εάν γίνει θα υπάρχουν επιπλοκές τύπου ακράτειας ή στυτικής δυσλειτουργίας κλπ; Τι προτείνετε; Ασθενής ετών 48 Ευχαριστώ
