  • Η καρδιά ειναι μια αντλία που σπρώχνει αίμα. Σε μεγάλο έμφραγμα μπορεί να μειωθεί πολύ η αντλητική ικανότητα της καρδιάς κ έτσι να μειωθεί το οξυγόνο. Σε λιγότερο σοβαρά εμφράγματα δεν μειώνεται το οξυγόνο ενώ η πίεση που εξαρτάται και από την αγγειοσύσπαση των αγγείων μπορεί ακόμα και να αυξηθεί.
