Αιμορραγία από αντιπηκτικά σε άντρα 73 με ιστορικό εμφράγματος και νεφρική ανεπάρκεια;

Άντρας 73 με ιστορικό εμφράγματος και στεντ, νεφρική ανεπάρκεια σταδίου 3 (κρεατινίνη 1.36) έχει μικρή πτώση αιματοκρίτη και αιμοσφαιρίνης μέσα στα χρόνια από το έμφραγμα (2017) ενώ είχε κάπου 44 και 14 αιμοσφαιρίνη σιγά σιγά από τότε έχει φτάσει στο 38-40 και γύρω στο 13 η αιμοσφαιρίνη,καμία φορά την βρίσκουμε και παρακάτω το λιγότερο που έχω δει 12.3 ,από το 2023 έχει και έλλειψη σιδήρου φεριττινης ,κάναμε ενδοσκόπηση τον Ιούνιο και βρέθηκε καλή μόνο κάτι εκωλποματα,να έχει σχέση διότι παίρνει και αντιπικτικα και να χάνει ? Στιν ενδοσκόπηση πάντως δεν μας είπαν κάτι,τι γίνεται σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις?

  • Καλησπέρα σας,αρχικά από την Νεφρική ανεπάρκεια που έχει και στο στάδιο 3 εμφανίζεται αναιμία της νεφρικής ανεπάρκειας χρειάζεται να επισκεφτείτε Νεφρολόγο και σε δεύτερη φάση να γίνει έλεγχος κοπρανων και ούρων μήπως χάνει αίμα λόγω της αντιπηκτικής αγωγής.Το πιο πιθανό είναι από την νεφρική ανεπάρκεια.Καλη συνέχεια και Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
