Πόνος στο πόδι και οσφυοισχιαλγία: Συμβουλές για γυμναστική και θεραπεία
Έχω πόνο στο πόδι εδώ και 6 μήνες ο πόνος έρχεται και φεύγει εντοπίζεται στο εξωτερικό μέρος του μηρού και απλώνεται στους προσαγωγούς με αποτέλεσμα όταν περπατήσω αρκετά να έχω πολύ πόνο και χτυπάει και στη μέση ξυπνάω κουρασμένη και αυτό με έχει κουράσει θέλω να ξεκινήσω γυμναστική και δεν μπορώ. Τι μπορεί να είναι και που θα πρέπει να απευθυνθώ. Να επισημάνω ότι πήγα σε ορθοπεδικό έκανα ακτινογραφία και έβγαλε ότι έχω οσφυοισχιαλγία. Ευχαριστώ
