Πόνος στο ισχίο από Ciproxin 500: Μπορεί να είναι παρενέργεια;

Καλημέρα παίρνω ciproxin 500 εδώ και 4 μέρες και από χθες έχω πόνο στο ισχίο προς την λεκάνη. Ο ορθοπεδικός που με εξέτασε με διαβεβαίωσε ότι προέρχεται από την μέση. Περισσότερο με πιάνει το βράδυ όταν ξαπλώνω. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι από την αντιβίωση?
