Πόνοι στη μέση και πόδια χωρίς τραυματισμό: είναι ισχιαλγία;

Καλησπέρα, έχω πόνους χαμηλά στη μέση που απλώνονται σε κύματα έως χαμηλά τα πόδια μου (από την πίσω πλευρά). Ξεκίνησε ξαφνικά, χωρίς να έχει προηγηθεί τραυματισμός ή άσκηση. Με πονά κυρίως όταν κάθομαι. Θα μπορούσε να είναι ισχιαλγία; Αυτά τα συμπτώματα μου ταιριάζουν όπως διαβάζω; Τι θα έπρεπε να κάνω σε αυτήν την περίπτωση;
