Αδυναμία στα πόδια μετά από αυχενική σπονδυλοδεσία και κορτιζόνη: αιτίες;
Έχω χειρουργηθεί πριν 20 ημέρες στον αυχένα, σπονδυλοδεσία 2 επιπέδων, πήγα καλά ωστόσο μετά από μια εβδομάδα έπαθα έντονη ισχιαλγία στο ένα μου πόδι, με αποτέλεσμα να πάρω medrol για 12 ημέρες μαζί με αντιφλεγμονώδη και μυοχαλαρωτικό, συνήλθα αλλά λόγω της ακινησίας στο κρεβάτι, και παρότι σηκώθηκα και ξεκίνησα και περπατώ, έχω τρομερή αδυναμία στα πόδια μου, θεωρείτε. Ότι είναι λόγω της κορτιζόνης, ή λόγω του χειρουργείου ? Ευχαριστώ

Αν την πρώτη εβδομάδα δεν υπήρχε αδυναμία τότε μάλλον φταίει το πρόβλημα της μέσης καθώς και η παρατεταμένη κατάκλιση

Πρέπει πρώτα να αποκλειστεί ότι είναι λόγω της «ισχιαλγίας». Από τη στιγμή που έχετε τέτοιο σημαντικό πρόβλημα ειπναι απαραίτητο και επείγον να σας δει νευροχειρουργός.
