Χρειάζεται περαιτέρω εξετάσεις για πυρετό 39 σε 16χρονη μετά από αντιβίωση;
Η κόρη 16 ετών έχει πυρετό πάνω από 39 εδώ και 6 μέρες. Πήγα στο νοσοκομείο τη δεύτερη μέρα της κάνανε εξετάσεις αίματος, ούρων, κόβιντ και ακτινογραφία. Οι εξετάσεις ήταν καθαρές μόνο στην αίματος ήταν ανεβασμένα τα λευκά. Της δώσανε αντιβίωση. Έχει πάρει 5 μέρες αντιβίωση και ο πυρετός συνεχίζει το ίδιο. Σήμερα την έκτη μέρα πυρετού πήγα σε παθολόγο την ακροάστηκε και δεν έχει ακροαστικά της έκανε και στρεπ τεστ που βγήκε αρνητικό. Ο πυρετός της συνεχίζει πάνω από 39 κάθε 6 - 8 ώρες μετά από λήψη αντιπυρετικού. Χρειάζεται περαιτέρω εξετάσεις?
