Χρειάζεται κορτιζόνη για γρίπη τύπου Α με ταμιφλού και μεντρόλ;

Γειά σας και χρόνια πολλά. Είχα πυρετό 2 μέρες και με συμπτώματα πονοκέφαλο κτλ μετά από τεστ βγήκε ότι έχω γρίπη τύπου Α πήγα στον γιατρό και μου έγραψε ταμιφλού και μεντρόλ για έξι μέρες μια δεύτερη άποψη για την κορτιζόνη εάν χρειάζεται να την παίρνω θα ήθελα

  • Δύσκολο να κριτικάρουμε συνάδελφο που σας εξέτασε από κοντά. Ωστόσο δεν μας αναφέρετε και την ηλικία σας, το ταμιφλού έχει νόημα έως και πέντε ημέρες όσο ο ιός βρίσκεται στην βλεννογόνο τόσο της μύτης όσο και του φάρυγγα, αλλά από την στιγμή που δίνει συμπτώματα σημαίνει πως μπήκε στο αίμα σας. Στην κυκλοφορία και τα κύτταρά σας εννοώ. Θα μπορούσε να σας έδινε κορτιζονούχο σπρέϋ που δεν απορροφάται τόσο στην κυκλοφορία μένει στις βλεννογόνους αντίθετα το κεντρικό απορροφάται. Ίσως θεωρεί πως έχετε μια σοβαρότερη περίπτωση. Συνεπώς μόνο κάποιες ενημερωτικές συμβουλές σας δίνω, δεν μπορώ να ακυρώσω την αντικειμενική εξέταση του συναδέλφου.
