Πυρετός 39,3 σε παιδί 4,5 ετών: Πότε να ανησυχήσω αν δεν πέφτει;

Καλησπέρα, το παιδί μου 4,5 χρόνων, έχει πυρετό, έφτασε 39,3 και με τη σωστή δόση panadol δεν έπεσε παρά μόνο μετά από 1 ώρα στο 38,8 και έμεινε εκεί... σε λίγο θα δώσω algofren... πότε πρέπει να ανησυχούμε; γενικά ήταν ομιλητική και έπαιζε με το κινητό μέχρι που ήρθε η ώρα για ύπνο... πρώτη φορά που δεν ανταποκρίνεται γρήγορα σε αντιπυρετικό
