Αντιπυρετικά μπορεί και μια εβδομάδα. Αντιβιοτικό δε χρειάζεται για γρίπη, αν πρώτα δεν επανεξεταστεί από ιατρό για τη διερεύνηση πιθανής μικροβιακής επιπλοκής.
