Πότε σταματάει να μεταδίδει ο στρεπτόκοκκος μετά την έναρξη αντιβίωσης;

Καλησπέρα σας. Ο γιος μου ο μεγάλος νόσησε με στρεπτόκοκκο και παίρνουμε αντιβίωση από Κυριακή βράδυ ανά 12 Ώρα. Αυτό που με ανησυχεί είναι πότε σταματάει να μεταδίδει γιατί έχω ένα μωράκι 8 μηνών και φοβάμαι μη κολλήσει.
