Πόσες μέρες διαρκεί ο πυρετός σε παιδί 7 ετών με αρνητικά covid, flu, strep;

καλησπέρα σας. παιδί 7 ετών εμφάνισε 1η μέρα δέκατα με max 37,7. σήμερα 5ο 24ωρο εμφανίζει ακόμα 38,5. έχει βήχα, όχι ιδιαίτερα πολύ. covid, flu, strep αρνητικά. πόσες ημέρες μπορεί να κρατήσει ο πυρετός; ο γιατρός μας μας είπε να πάρουμε αντιβίωση να την καλύψουμε (την είχε εξετάσει στο 3ο 24ωρο). μήπως δεν πρέπει αφού μιλάμε για ίωση;
