Οξεία φαρυγγίτιδα και klaricid 500mg με αρχή νεφρικής ανεπάρκειας;

Έχω οξεία φαρυγγίτιδα και ο γιατρός μου έγραψε klaricid των 500 διάβασα όμως ότι αυτοί που έχουν αρχή νεφρικής ανεπάρκειας πρέπει να παίρνουν μέχρι 250 mg τι γνώμη έχετε και τι άλλο θα συνιστούσατε παίρνω δύο μέρες αλλά δεν βλέπω θεραπεία ευχαριστώ
