Μπορεί το παιδί μου να έχει στρεπτόκοκκο παρά το αρνητικό τεστ;

Θέλω να ρωτήσω το παιδί μου έκανε για μια μέρα πυρετό ανά 4 ώρες και πόνο στο λαιμό και μετά σταμάτησε και ο πυρετός και ο πόνος στο λαιμό την πρώτη μέρα του έκανα στρεπ τεστ σε διαγνωστικό κέντρο και ήταν αρνητικό η ερώτηση μου είναι ότι μπορεί να είναι στρεπτόκοκκος και παρόλο που είναι καλά να έχει μείνει και να υπάρχει στον οργανισμό του, έχω αυτό το άγχος γιατί στο σχολείο αυτές τις μέρες είχε κρούσματα στρεπτόκοκκου
