2 ετών γιος με υψηλό πυρετό 4 ημέρες, αρνητικός σε στρεπ, COVID, γρίπη - Τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας. 2 ετών ο γιοε μου, 4ο 24ωρο με υψηλό πυρετό (έως 39,4) ανά 4ωρο με κάποια διαλείμματα που ακολουθείται από έντονη εφίδρωση. Στρεπ, κοβιντ, γρίπη α/Β αρνητικός, κόκκινος λαιμός κ αμυγδαλές χωρίς πύον είδε η παιδίατρος. Ευδιάθετος όταν είναι απυρετος. Θα πρέπει να κάνω κάτι άλλο; Ευχαριστώ
