Η μικρή 7 ετών με στρεπτόκοκκο και πυρετό που δεν πέφτει, να πάμε νοσοκομείο;
Καλησπέρα. Η μικρή 7 ετών διαγνώστηκε με στρεπτοκοκκο. Η παιδίατρος έδωσε αντιβίωση αμοξιλ. Ο πυρετός όμως δεν πέφτει, αν και ανεβαίνει πιο αργά. Να παμε στο νοσοκομείο;

Από τη στιγμή που διαγνώστηκε στρεπτοκοκκικη λοίμωξη από Στρεπτόκοκκο και δόθηκε αντιβίωση Αμοξικιλλνη πρέπει να περιμένετε τουλάχιστον 6 δόσεις για να δείτε βελτίωση, να ακολουθήσετε τις οδηγίες του/της γιατρού σας για τη διάρκεια της θεραπείας (σημαντικό για την εκριζωση).
Σε περίπτωση βέβαια που αλλάζει η συμπτωματολογία προς το χειρότερο, τότε να επικοινωνήσετε με έναν/ μία παιδίατρο.

Επανεξέταση αν ο πυρετός δεν έχει ύφεση μετά 48 ώρες. Νοσοκομειο αν έχει επηρεαστεί η γενική κατασταση του παιδιού.
