Έχω καταρροή, κόπωση, βήχα και έντονο πόνο στο λαιμό. Χρειάζομαι αντιβίωση;

Καλησπέρα εδώ και μια εβδομάδα έχω συμπτώματα όπως καταρροή, κόπωση , βήχα. Πάνω που θεωρούσα ότι θα γίνω καλά έχω τώρα 2 μερεσ έντονο πόνο στο λαιμό και παραπάνω βήχα από τις προηγούμενες ημέρες. Είναι κάποια ίωση που κυκλοφορεί? Θα πρέπει να πάρω κάποια αντιβίωση? ( Έχω αρκετά φλέματα τα οποία νιώθω ότι δε μπορώ να αποβάλλω.
