Είναι φυσιολογικό να έχω δέκατα ενώ παίρνω αντιβίωση για στρεπτόκοκκο;

Καλησπέρα! Από Πέμπτη βράδυ παίρνω αντιβίωση (φουγκεντιν) για στρεπτόκοκκο..Σήμερα (ξημερώματα Κυριακής) έχω δέκατα που ανεβοκατεβαίνουν..είναι φυσιολογικό? Επίσης ενώ δεν με πονάει τόσο πολύ ο λαιμός μου βλέπω κάποια πύον στην μια αμυγδαλή ενώ είχαν φύγει να ξαναβγαίνουν..υπάρχει περίπτωση να έγινε ο στρεπτόκοκκος ανθεκτικός στην αντιβίωση και να χρειαστεί άλλη?
