Καλημέρα. Η μικρή μου 2,5 ετών έχει ίωση με πυρετό που της προκάλεσε στοματίτιδα. Ο πυρετός είναι πιο ήπιος μετά το 3ο 24ωρο αλλά έχει γεμίσει αφθες και έχει κακοσμία. Μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι πέρα από παυσίπονα;
