Η κόρη μου 9 ετών με στρεπτόκοκκο και πυρετό παρά την αντιβίωση, είναι φυσιολογικό;

Η κόρη μου 9 ετών βγήκε θετική στο στρεπτοκοκκο κ ξεκινήσαμε αντιβίωση. Έχουν περάσει τέσσερα είκοσι τετράωρα κ ακόμα κάνει πυρετό. Ενώ παίρνει αντιβίωση. Ειναι φυσιολογικό? Δεν θα επρεπε να είχε υποχωρήσει?
