Η 3χρονη κόρη μου κόλλησε στρεπτοκοκκος Ξεκίνησε amoxil αντιβιωση, αλλά τη σταματήσαμε 24 ώρες πριν την ολοκλήρωση της 10ημερης θεραπείας, γιατί εμφάνισε εξανθηματα και διαρροιες.Δύο μέρες μετά κάναμε πάλι ένα strep test και έδειξε πάλι θετικό. Τι πρέπει να κάνω?

Καλησπερα Θα πρεπει να κανετε καλλιεργεια φαρυγγικου επιχρισματος με αντιβιογραμμα και βασει της εξετασης θα σας δωσει ο παιδιατρος σας την αντιβιωση σε μεγαλη δοσολογια

Εφόσον ειναι αλλεργική στο αμοξιλ πρέπει να πάρει θεραπεια με εναλλακτικά αντιβιωτικα .

Μετά από 9 μέρες θεραπεία θεωρείται θεραπευθεισα η λοίμωξη. Το ότι το strep test παραμένει θετικό σημαίνει ότι παρέμεινε φορέας του μικροβίου χωρίς να νοσεί. Άρα δε χρειάζεται περαιτέρω θεραπεία
