Γρίπη Α, Tamiflu και Salospir: Πρέπει να συνεχίσω το Salospir;

Είμαι 50 ετών, έχω γρίπη Α εδώ και τέσσερις μέρες. Χτες ξεκίνησα και Tamiflu. Παίρνω καθημερινά σαλοσπίρ των 100 (πρόληψη θρομβοφιλίας) που όμως έχω διακόψει τις τελευταίες 4 μέρες, γνωρίζοντας για το σύνδρομο Reye. Η απορία μου είναι αν κάνω σωστά, ή αν πρέπει να παίρνω κανονικά το salospir. Ευχαριστώ

  • Καλημέρα σας . Ο κίνδυνος για σύνδρομο Reye είναι πολύ χαμηλός σε ενήλικες . Συνήθως η ανησυχία είναι για αιμορραγικά συμβάντα αλλά με χορήγηση δόσης 75mg x1 πολύ μικρός κίνδυνος ειδικά μα γαστροπροστασια. Αν θέλετε να διακοπεί ασπιρίνη και μπορείτε να τη διακόψετε έτσι κι αλλιώς 5 μέρες είναι η λήψη tamiflu και κάνετε επανέναρξη
