Από χθες έχω έντονη μυαλγία με πυρετό που έφτασε μέχρι 38,3 και με αντιπυρετικά πέφτει στο 37,5. Μετά από 5 ώρες ανεβαίνει πάλι στο 38. Δεν έχω ούτε πονόλαιμο ούτε μπούκωμα ούτε δυσκολία στην αναπνοή. Τι μπορεί να είναι? Ευχαριστώ
